In 1909, Meidi-ya started to sales western type jam which we made based on a taste of British jam.
And 1911, ‘MY brand jam’ was introduced in Japanese market.
More than 110years, we have been producing not only jams, but also a various kinds of quality food products under the “My” brand for the high end Japanese market, as a food manufacturer. At present, we are producing jams, syrups, a various kinds of canned foods, corned beefs, marshmallows, and more, total approx. 160 items in our sales line.

Our history of trading business started from the foundation of 1885.
Today, we import not only retail items but also industrial raw materials for food factories.
